Two-part aluminum package at a tan brick ranch: a long side-yard accessibility ramp with black picket rails, and a below-grade basement stairwell fully framed in matching black aluminum rails for a safe second egress.
Analysis
Owner needed both an accessibility ramp to the side entry and a code-compliant guard around the basement stairwell well.
