Brick Apartment Building ADA Access Ramp
Project Overview
Full ADA-compliant concrete ramp and landing system with black aluminum picket railings installed at a multi-unit brick apartment building. Rails run both sides of the ramp and wrap the rear landing.
Analysis
Property manager needed compliant access to rear units. We coordinated with the concrete crew and delivered matched railings on the ramp, landing, and transition stair.
