Commercial Storefront Horizontal Bar Railings

Project Overview

Perimeter horizontal-bar black aluminum railings along the full raised sidewalk frontage of a commercial rug and home-goods store, giving a safe edge to the elevated showroom walkway.

Analysis

Store had an elevated sidewalk with no guard, which was a trip hazard. We added a continuous low-profile horizontal rail system.

Process

1) Site survey 2) Layout openings 3) Install posts 4) Thread horizontal bars 5) Cap & paint.

Outcome

A safer, cleaner storefront that still shows off the merchandise displayed out front.

Bolt-down base plates into the existing concrete cap, continuous runs broken only by entry openings.
