Project Overview
Commercial balcony railing replacement program on a 19-story residential high-rise. Every unit's balcony received new black-and-white aluminum panel railings matched to the building's blue accent trim.

Aging original railings needed to be fully replaced on occupied floors while meeting all code and wind-load requirements.
