Fieldstone-Base Elevated Deck Railings
Project Overview
White aluminum stair and deck railings above a native fieldstone retaining wall base, connecting the yard to a raised deck off the kitchen.
Analysis
The fieldstone wall was irregular. We fabricated adjustable-angle posts to accommodate the stone heights without cutting rails on site.
Process
Stone survey, shop adjust, one-day install.
Outcome
A clean white rail that pops against the natural stone.
